Hypercalcemia of Malignancy :
4-mg dose as a single-dose intravenous infusion over a period not less than 15 minutes.
Multiple Myeloma and Bone Metastases of Solid Tumors :
4 mg infused over a period not less than 15 minutes, every three to four weeks.
Dosage Adjustment :
Renal Impairment : Required.
Hepatic Impairment : Not Required.
