Adults : A single IV dose of 3.7 mg/m2 of body surface area.
Children : 2.5 mg/m2 of body surface area.
Single-agent : The usual initial dose of Vinorelbine is 30 mg/m2 administered weekly.
In combination with Cisplatin :Administered weekly at a dose of 25 mg/m2 or given every 4 weeks at a dose of 100 mg/m2.
Administered weekly at a dose of 30 mg/m2 in combination with cisplatin, given on days 1 and 29, then every 6 weeks at a dose of 120 mg/m2.
Non small cell lung carcinoma/ovarian carcinoma/hodgkin's disease 30mg/m2 IV administered over 6-10 min. once daily.
Metastaic breast carcinoma/squanous cell cascinoma of the head & neck 20-30mg/m2 IV infused over 6-10 minutes once weekly.
Dosage Adjustment :
Renal Impairment : Not Required.
Hepatic Impairment : Administer with caution. |
