Lower Respiratory Tract Infections

Complicated and recurrent UTIs

Intra abdominal infections

Septicemia

Serious CNS infections

Nosocomial infections

Intraabdominal Infections

Prophylaxis in Surgery
   
  Dosage :
  ADULT DOSE : 3-5 mg/kg daily in 3 or 4 divided dose.

PAEDIATRIC DOSE : 6-7.5 mg/kg in 3 or 4 divided dose.

Renally Impaired Patients :
