Variceal Haemorrhage : 2mg every 4-6 hours by IV inj. The treatment should continue until bleeding has been controlled for 24 consecutive hours or for a maximum period of 72 hours.
Hepatorenal Syndrome : 1-3mg/day for 7-15 days.
Shock : IV bolus of 1 to 2 mg.
Renally Impaired Patients : Not known, administer with caution. |
