Predict possible customer needs, regulatory changes in global markets.

Provide inputs to the SBUs for pricing in export markets.

Establish and manage relationships with strategic customers in global markets.

Drive country managers regularly to understand customer requirements and improve on product performance.

Drive sales in identified markets as per the market identification plan and forecast to the SBUs.

Define stocks, debtors and collections norms in the global countries and monitor adherence.

Provide inputs to SBUs, R&D and Manufacturing in developing new products/ markets / applications aligned to global / customer specific requirements.

Ensure efficient management of commercial aspects with regard to export sales - including DEPB, export benefits etc.
