  Dosage :
  Adult : Usual dose is 100 to 500mg 3 to 4 times in a day & Max. dose is 8000 mg/day.

Paediatric : 0.16–1 mg/kg or 6–30 mg/m² IV 1 or 2 times daily.

Renally Impaired Patients : No dosage adjustment required.
   
  Packing : 10 Vials of 100 mg
