Prevention of CMV Disease In transplant patients :
Oral : 1000mg TID with food.
In CMV Retinitis:
Oral :
Following induction treatment, 1000 mg TID with food. Alternatively, 500 mg 6 times daily every 3 hours with food.
Prevention of CMV Disease in Patients
with HIV Infection :
Oral : 1000 mg TID with food.
Renally Impaired Patients :
