Etoposide in combination therapy with other
approved chemotherapeutic agents is :
50-100mg/m2/day on days 1-5 to be repeated every 3-4 weeks.
Alternately day schedule of 100-125 mg/m2 on days 1, 3 & 5 is also employed commonly.
General Intravenous Dosage : 50-100 mg/m2/day.
Dosage Adjustment :
Renal Impairment : Required.
Hepatic Impairment : Required. |
