Palliative treatment of patients with metastatic, progressive and/or hormone-refractory carcinoma of the prostate gland.

Usual Daily Dose : 10-16 mg/ kg / day in 3 -4 divided doses
Capsules should be taken on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal).
Must not be taken with milk, milk products or drugs that contain calcium, magnesium or other polyvalent ions which may impair the absorption of estramustine.
Dosage Adjustment :
Renal Impairment : Not Required.
Hepatic Impairment : Administer with caution. |
