TABLETS
Central Diabetes Insipidus :
Adult : Initial dose is 0.05mg BD &
Optimal dose is 0.1-0.8mg/day.
Paediatric (4 yrs. & older) : 0.05mg per day.
Primary Nocturnal Enuresis :
Adult : Initial dose is 0.2mg/day &
Optimal dose is 0.6mg/day.
Paediatric (6yrs. & older) : 0.2mg - 0.6mg per day.
Renally Impaired Patients : Not recommended in those patient whose CrCl below
