Desmopressin Intranasal Solution BP 0.01%

Indications :

Primary Nocturnal Enuresis / Nocturia

Overactive Bladder Syndrome

Central Cranial Diabetes Insipidus

Managment of polyuria and polydipsia
(Following head trauma or surgery in the pituitary region)

Dosage :

NASAL SPRAY
Adult : 0.1-0.4ml / day in single or divided doses.

Paediatric (3mnth - 12 yrs.) : 0.05-0.3ml / day in single or divided doses.

Renally Impaired Patients : Not recommended in those patient whose CrCl below 50ml/min.

Packing :

10 Spray Bottles of 5 ml (50 Doses)
