Doses from 2-4.5 mg/kg/day for 10 days up to 850 mg/m2 as a single dose may be given at intervals of 3-4 weeks.
Administration is by the intravenous route only.
Dosage Adjustment :
Renal Impairment : Required.
Hepatic Impairment : Administer with caution.
