Adult :
Parenteral :
750 mg to 1.5 g every 8 hours for 5 to 10 days.
Oral : 250 mg to 500 mg BID for 10 days.
Paediatric : 30 - 100mg/kg/day BID / QID.
Renally Impaired Patients :
