Single agent therapy : 360 mg/m2 I.V. on day 1 every 4 weeks
Combination therapy with cyclophosphamide : Carboplatin : 300 mg/m2 I.V. on day 1 every 4 weeks for six cycles.
Cyclophosphamide : 600 mg/m2 I.V. on day 1 every 4 weeks for six cycle.
Dosage Adjustment :
Renal Impairment : Required.
Hepatic Impairment : Required. |
